Terms & Conditions — tk1111 Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the tk1111 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player" or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

tk1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To open an account with tk1111 and participate in any real-money gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

tk1111 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Account creation does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of tk1111 to provide any specific game, feature, or promotion.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on tk1111. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk1111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tk1111 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify tk1111 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. tk1111 may suspend your account temporarily as a precautionary measure during any investigation.

tk1111 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk1111 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment account must match the registered account name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in the Finance / Wallet section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at tk1111's discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC or security checks. Standard processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically within 24 hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

tk1111 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside tk1111's control. It is your responsibility to check with your bank or mobile financial service provider regarding any applicable fees.

tk1111 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside the relevant offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per offer) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published within each offer's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit odds, or unfairly claim promotional rewards.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited software error may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or in communication with tk1111 staff.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward tk1111 staff or other players via any communication channel.
